Are you this person?
At least 1 year of experience in hotel food & beverage service.
Proven supervisory experience
A passion for leadership, with the ability to inspire and mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals
Experience in budgets, wage costs, revenue, stock management, and rostering
Availability to a variety of shifts which will include AM, PM, weekends, and public holidays.
