Madison have partnered with a well-known commercial cleaning company who are looking for a confident and resilient outbound appointment setter to join them in a part-time capacity for a 6-month assignment.
About the role:
As an outbound appointment setter your responsibility will be calling out to businesses to promote our client’s services and products. Working closely with the business development team to set appointments and represent our client with professionalism and compassion
Day to day responsibilities:
Outbound calling to a mix of warm and cold business leads
Use of scripts to promote products and services
Work towards appointment KPIs set by our client
Making notes on each call and lodging information correctly in their CRM
Collaborate with the Business Development team to set appointments for them
Days/ Hours: This is an office-based position, Monday – Thursday, 20-25 hours per week. Rostered hours have some flexibility, ie. 830am -230pm or 9am-3pm
About You:
You will be a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong background in outbound sales or phone-based experience. If you are hard-working, reliable and driven to succeed, this is the role for you!
You will have:
Contact centre experience is required
Outbound sales or B2B preferred but not required
Confident phone manner and excellent communication
Resilience – the ability to bounce back and remain objective after each call
An outgoing personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn
