The Role
We are looking for an energetic, proactive superstar who can reliably support our Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our company-wide meetings, Auction Day events, and daily Marketing operations. From creating PowerPoint slides and setting up rooms to assisting with event organisation, you will be ensuring the Marketing team runs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Marketing team
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of company-wide meetings, including creating PowerPoint presentations, room setups, and post-event breakdowns
- Help with Auction Day preparations and ensure smooth operations throughout the day
- Assist in general office administration and record-keeping tasks
- Ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Provide ad hoc support to the Marketing team as needed.
Ideal applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and confident in managing priorities. While basic design experience and real estate knowledge are beneficial, they are not essential.
What We Offer
This is a part-time position based at our Head Office in Ilam, working alongside a supportive and experienced Marketing team. You will receive on-the-job training and become an integral part of a growing and successful company.
The role will initially be fixed term for a 3 month contract, with the intention of becoming permanent. This involves working 20-25 hours a week, with 5 hours per day Monday-Friday.
