Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position - Stated Briefly:
This position will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various legal documents, including reinsurance and custodial agreements for our reinsurance program. The position will work closely with our internal sales team as well as with our external agents, dealer customers and banks. This position requires very high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain reinsurance agreements and custodial agreements for reinsurance companies
  • Manage necessary annual filings for reinsurance companies domiciled in Turks & Caicos
  • Update and maintain repository
  • Upload scans in system
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications/Education

  • Insurance experience desired
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to take ownership of role and problem solve


$47,000 - $65,667 a year
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $47,000 to $65,667. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.

This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
