Scopa Pizzeria is busy Italian restaurant located in the heart Cuba St. Staying true to our Italian roots, we're grounded in classic Italian style but not defined by it. We're Scopa, Cuba street's original pizzeria.

We are looking for pizza chefs for our busy kitchen that is open 7 days with a focus on hand stretched pizza.

The applicant must have confidence in cooking both lunch and dinner a la carte menus.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of working in a busy kitchen with experience in cooking, ie running hot section/pans/working with pizza and communicating with his peers during service.

You must be efficient in multi-tasking and cleanliness is essential to the role.

Experience in preparing and running a pizza section is essential.

The positions are a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week & a maximum of 45 hours per week and part-time role of 15-20 hours per week.

  • Flexible hours and working patterns to suit lifestyles outside of work
  • 4 or 5 day roster for full time
  • Shifts can vary from days to nights or may be a mix of split shifts.
