We are Grand Millennium Auckland. Together with Copthorne and Kingsgate Hotels, we are one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels.

Our Guest Service Agent will check guests in an out, allocate rooms, promote hotel facilities and handle daily cashiering. Resolving billing queries and guest complaints is also an important part of the job, so we are looking for someone with poise who can remain professional under pressure.

If you have previously worked in a 4+ star hotel front desk role and are familiar Opera, this would be advantageous. However, we will welcome your application if you have reception or customer service experience and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment. It's important you are fluent in English and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.

This is a part-time opportunity (minimum 16 hours), offering up to $27 per hour, will suit an individual and who is flexible with morning AND evening shifts during weeks/weekends, and public holidays.
