We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Beauty Store Assistant to join our team

About the Role


As a Beauty Store Assistant, you'll be a key player in ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of our vibrant beauty store. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and growing business.

The Role Will Involve

  • Providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering their queries. 🛍️
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. 💰
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and organization. 📦
  • Participating in store merchandising and visual displays.
  • Providing advice on hair and beauty products based on customer needs. 💁‍♀️
  • Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management. 📝
  • Opening and closing the store according to procedures. 🔑


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in handling cash and operating a POS system.
  • Knowledge of hair and beauty products is a plus.


This job will be Fixed-term or casual position with potential for extension and for 15 hours only and mostly weekend shift.
