Katsura Japanese Cuisine is looking for an energetic Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Demi Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, learn from the best and contribute to crafting exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Do you need experience? Yes, you will need previous kitchen experience of a year or more and knowledge of the hotel industry would be an advantage. Knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine is essential to this role. Previous experience with sushi and sashimi preparation would be advantageous, along with 1 or more years working with Japanese cuisine. Experience with Teppanyaki would be preferred but not required. Availability on weekends is a must!

This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with an hourly wage between $27 to $29 per hour.
