The role is 20 hours per week, which can be worked 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, between 9 and 5. We would potentially look at 5 hours a day over 4 days for the right candidate.

Your Role, Our Success

As our Team Administrator, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing essential support to our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Listing Management & Marketing: upload new property listings to our CRM system, design and collate property marketing materials, prepare property information packs and ensure listings remain up to date
  • Sales & Contract Management: prepare draft Sale & Purchase Agreements, manage contracts, liaise with solicitors, and track sales progress
  • Sales Team Support: assist sales consultants with administrative and marketing tasks, and provide proactive support to ensure the team operates efficiently
  • Company Marketing & Social Media: keep company social media channels up to date, create engaging email campaigns and maintain the company website, develop marketing creatives.


This role is perfect for those that have an interest in working towards their real estate licence, or would like to work in a hybrid role as a sales associate.
