Job Description

Superside is seeking a visionary Creative Lead to lead a globally distributed team of creatives, delivering innovative work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print design, presentation design, and more. In this pivotal role, you’ll participate in elevating our creative capabilities while looking to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our design processes.

Collaborating with brands like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Shopify, and Google, you’ll harness AI tools to drive creativity, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring Superside remains at the forefront of the creative industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the creative development, workflow, and output quality of projects across diverse design fields, including branding, presentation, and ad creative.
  • Present creative work and strategic concepts to customers, building trust and showcasing innovation.
  • Provide creative direction and strategic insights, guiding your team to deliver impactful, high-quality designs for a wide range of global brands.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, scalability, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand customer goals, tailoring AI-driven creative solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Introduce and implement cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to elevate creative processes and enhance efficiency across projects.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning with a focus on AI integration.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools, offering training and support to the creative team to ensure seamless integration into workflows.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain Superside’s competitive edge.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively.
  • 6+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with some evidence of AI-enhanced work.*
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into creative workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency.
  • Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing, globally distributed team.
  • A high degree of adaptability, curiosity, and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-driven creativity.
