You will assist with the delivery of legal advice and services, ensuring adherence to standardized processes and best practices. Our clients' specializes in a variety of legal services, including property transactions, commercial business law, and asset management. As a Legal Executive, you will build strong relationships with our diverse clients, promoting our expertise and participating in business development activities.

What you will Do?

  • Liaise effectively with clients and supervising directors, ensuring a high level of service
  • Manage client files and documents, adhering to compliance procedures
  • Facilitate client meetings and manage client inquiries promptly
  • Participate in the process of property contracts and related legal documents
  • Assist with billing, follow-up of accounts, and effective management of transactions
  • Your Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex legal terms clearly
  • High emotional intelligence to quickly adapt interpersonal interactions
  • Proficient in legal document preparation and research
  • Competent in using ICT systems and willing to learn new applications
