What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Join a high-performing, values-led team and play a key role in shaping safer driving across Aotearoa.

As our Training Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of our driving school training courses across New Zealand. You’ll manage all logistics, from course bookings and venue coordination to instructor scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and customer communications.

This is a busy, varied role where your attention to detail, strong organisation, and people skills will shine. You’ll also support the wider Driving School team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About You | Mōu

You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a role where you can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly. With a strong customer service mindset, you’re confident communicating with a wide range of people and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

You bring:

  • Experience in administration or coordination roles
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus!)
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce (preferred, not essential)
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • A full NZ driver’s licence and a can-do attitude
