Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Acclaimed 2-Hat modern Indian restaurant Cassia is run by renowned Chef and restauranteur Sid Sahrawat. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team! The role is a full time, 40 hours a week rotating roster between Monday - Sunday paying between $60k - $70k depending on experience. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the team during shifts, ensuring cohesiveness by maintaining communication, leading daily shift briefings, ensuring accurate use of the time and attendance system and supporting staff during the shift.
- Being accountable for all aspects of host responsibility
- Staff training
- Ensuring consistency of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Keeping up to date with industry trends for product innovations
Mōu | About You
You'll be an experience passionate bartender with leadership capability and drive for success. You will also have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in wine and beverage
- Experience in developing and delivering a beverage programme
- Experience in managing supplier relationships
- Experience in providing direction to employees
- General Manager's Licence (LCQ)
