The Role
We are seeking a Customer Services Team Leader who is a solutions focused, personable individual andyou thrive in fast-paced and fluid environments.
We provide a time sensitive service, requiring you to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the capability to remain calm under pressure.
In this role, you will oversee the customer service team with your solutions focused approach to a high level of professionalism and accuracy. With your aptitude and willingness to collaborate with other employees and contractors, you will be the perfect addition to our branch's leadership team.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
