About the role
Based at our North Harbour branch, your goal will be providing first-class service to a portfolio of existing key clients using our courier delivery services. Focused on client retention, you’ll make daily calls and identify and action upselling opportunities to increase revenue from our existing customers. You’ll also take charge of reviewing sales processes to ensure financial expectations are met and accuracy in recordkeeping. You’ll be driven by the achievement of weekly targets and in return rewarded with a generous incentive scheme.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities include
Achieving daily call targets to your portfolio of existing customers
Hunting for upselling prospects within your customer portfolio
Keeping up-to-date with all New Zealand Couriers product and courier services
Actively carrying out regular competitor analysis
