Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Wealth Associate to work at a leading commercial law firm on the North Shore. This position provides the successful candidate with a unique chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment. This law firm offers a change of pace from the CBD and an inclusive culture. The firm prioritises work life balance, however gets the job done and to a high standard. This team is led by a strong Private Wealth Partner who bring a host of valuable experience to the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing of key trust and estate documents such as Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney documents, Leases, Trust Deeds and other ancillary documents;
  • Meeting clients and understanding key issues and concerns;
  • Analyse and evaluate the value of assets and liabilities owned by individuals or couples;
  • Estate distribution and handling of estates;
  • Running matters independently, liasing with clients, banks and others.


To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a strong background in domestic trusts and estates;
  • Have 4 + years of experience however all applications will be assessed on merit;
  • Have a strong work ethic, and great communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills;
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
