Job Description: We have a short-term assignment available with one of our clients that would be perfect for someone with a high level of customer experience and a knack for problem-solving.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident and capable individual to join an office-based team. Your primary responsibility will be contacting customers by telephone to book or rearrange appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
Key Requirements would be the ability to create a high level of customer service experience, including dealing with difficult or unhappy customers.
You need to have strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
The Hours of Work will mainly be
Monday to Friday, primarily between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm., but there could be potential Saturday shifts if required.
