We are a family-owned independent Property Management business that is respected and well-recognised in the industry. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
· Provide information about our services, properties, and office procedures.
· Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
· Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Provide backup and admin support to our strong property management team
· General office administration
