Situated in Mount Maunganui, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, collaborating with managers at our office. Your reporting manager will be located in our Mount Maunganui office. It is essential for you to thrive in an autonomous work environment and be comfortable working independently. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of general administration tasks, providing support to the management team, processing accounts and financial reconciliations, coordinating PPE gear and orders, reception duties, and promptly addressing inquiries from both visitors and staff, among various other diverse responsibilities!

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Intermediate Level in Excel would be an advantage.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Accounts payable experience is a plus
- Possession of a full NZ drivers licence
