We are on the lookout for our next Administrator to join our close and supportive team at Ray White Bishopdale. We are searching for someone special that ideally has experience in an administration background, who is looking to venture into the Real Estate industry.

This role involves providing reception support, undertaking administration tasks and sales support activities, and being responsible for all marketing including advertising.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally at the reception.
  • Answer calls and manage auction room technology and content.
  • Process and load new sales listings; prepare and print marketing materials.
  • Manage office window displays and other promotional materials.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media plans and content.
  • Handle client reviews across social media platforms.
  • Create, approve, and review advertising and promotional content.
  • Perform administrative tasks and keep forms updated.
  • Prepare sales statistics and analyse property data.
  • Record and prepare statistics on property listings and sales monthly.
  • Support technology setup and resolve tech issues.
  • Provide backup support to the Property Management Administrator as needed.


Advantageous further experience:

  • Must be experienced in the use of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be experienced in the use of Adobe InDesign.
  • Good general technical knowledge and ability to problem solve
  • Prior experience in a real estate office is beneficial but not essential.

This is a full time role working between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
