The Opportunity
Are you an experienced accountant passionate about training, developing, and supporting business owners? SBA is New Zealand’s largest professional service franchise network, with over 80 locations nationwide. We are seeking a skilled Franchise Development Manager to uplift and empower our franchisees, ensuring excellence in service, compliance, and business growth.

What You’ll Do
• Develop & Deliver Training Programs: Create scalable, comprehensive training programs covering technical skills, workflow management, and industry compliance.
• Enhance Franchisee Efficiency: Lead workshops, webinars, and onsite coaching to boost productivity and client service.
• Standardise Processes: Implement best practices with templates, manuals, and resources that promote consistency across all locations.
• Drive Client Value: Identify opportunities for franchisee growth and new service offerings.
• Monitor & Support Compliance: Establish regular reviews to ensure all branches meet our high standards for compliance, tax, and customer service.

About You
• Experienced Accountant: Ideally from public practice, with skills and experience in training and coaching.
• Skilled Communicator: Able to motivate, support, and guide stakeholders.
• Innovative & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating structured development plans tailored to franchise needs.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with accounting software, especially Xero, and up-to-date with industry-specific apps, tools and technology.
