Madison Recruitment is proud to have partnered with a World Leading Healthcare Company and are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, sales representatives for an amazing 3 month temporary opportunity with possibility of extension.

The Role:

As an outbound sales representative, your primary responsibility will be calling out to warm leads and booking appointments for clinics all over New Zealand. You will represent Madison with professionalism and compassion, building rapport with customers and providing worldclass customer service while reaching daily and weekly targets.

Role Duties

Calling outbound to existing customers or warm leads generated through online expression of interest and proactively booking them in for appointments
Reaching or exceeding KPIs (16 dials per hour, 18+ appointments set per day)
Display empathy and patience while providing excellent customer service

Role Specifics

  • Office based in Rosedale – Free Parking on-site
  • $28 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Start date: ASAP – 3 month assingment with possibility of extension
  • Full-timen hours Monday – Friday, 830am – 5pm. Part-time applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis

About you

You will be a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong background in outbound sales and experience using contact centre systems. If you are hard-working, reliable, and driven to succeed, this is the role for you!

  • Call Centre experience is required and experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills, a passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help people
  • Resilient and self-motivated, driven to reach KPIs and Targets.
  • Adaptable and Tech-Savvy
