Job Description

Are you seeking an exciting new challenge that will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop? Our client is on the lookout for skilled insulation installers to join their team in 2025!

This will be a full-time, permanent position with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. Based in Greenmeadows, Napier, you’ll need a valid full New Zealand driver’s license, and you’ll work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday depending on demand.

Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated supplier and installer of quality thermal and acoustic insulation; ranged and stocked to create a healthy and energy-efficient built environment. They are a licensed Premier Insulation partner and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Travelling throughout the Hawkes Bay region, working on both new builds and retro-fits, installing our Premier polyester and glasswool insulation
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager and your team to deliver top-notch results by installing insulation to NZS4246 standards
  • Maintain clean and safe work sties, removing old insulation as necessary and ensuring customer excellence
  • Committed to quality and safety


Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an insulation installer
  • Valid and current New Zealand drivers’ license
  • Fitness and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights
  • Knowledge of New Zealand Building Code and insulation standards
