Job Description

Ray White Papatoetoe are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their successful team and help take their achievements to new heights. You will be responsible for all aspects of Tenant, Owner and Property Management for your portfolio, and the continued growth of the rental department.

More specifically, your role includes (but not limited to)

  • Property inspections and viewings.
  • Rent reviews and lease extensions.
  • Credit/reference checking.
  • Completing tenancy agreements.
  • Preparing property condition reports/videos.
  • Maintenance coordination.


Our ideal applicant will have previous experience in Property Management, be highly motivated and have the confidence to represent Ray White to its clients and be an active member of the overall business growth plan.

Other essential skills and attributes include

  • ~2 years prior Property Management experience.
  • Strong focus on business development/growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Motivation, resilience and confidence.
  • Professional presentation with a positive team-player attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A full driver's license.
  • The ability to work with people from all walks of life.
