About the role
Your career will thrive, working at Whangarei Park Village. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Village and Care Manager.
This is a 40 hour per week role - Monday to Friday- business hours.
Duties Include:
Assist management with the meeting minutes and notices
Support with staff rostering and timesheet corrections for payroll processing
Assist with documentation relating to audits and compliance.
Support with finance administration - Purchase orders/invoicing
Ensure resident databases, spreadsheets and registers are updated regularly
Skills & Experience Required:
Ability to exercise your initiative with a positive can-do attitude
Adept to change, your friendly professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy
Previous experience in a similar administration role would be advantageous
