About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our Client Partnerships Executive will support the Client Partnerships team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver effective campaigns from brief through to results, with a particular focus on analysing data and collating insights.

You will also work alongside other internal teams to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. This role will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support in delivering against your Group sales target by performing tasks that help the team meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Maintain perfect product knowledge across the Cartology portfolio of media assets
  • Sustain and grow positive relationships with client (external) and commercial (internal) teams
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Partnerships team to aid in achieving budgets
  • Sales collateral creation and development, including, presentations, media schedules and meeting preparation
  • Manage post campaign reporting for your area of responsibility
  • Provide insights through the use of internal data sources to assist Partnership Managers in campaign planning, becoming an expert on ‘Quantium’, including the pulling of relevant reports, analysing data and identifying trends
  • Support the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management


About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you should come armed with at least 2-3 years work experience in a role preferably within the media, data analytics or FMCG industry.

To be successful in this position, you will:

  • Be proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
  • Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a team
  • Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
