What you'll do
We’re looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our Botany team in Auckland. You’ll be joining our Woolworths Pharmacy leadership team as we continue to create a customer centric offering to support our communities.

Joining our Botany team you’ll take accountability for:
● Delivering professional health services that support the wellbeing of our wider community
● Organisation of staff and Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy is suitably staffed.
● Be accountable for the pharmacist and dispensing technician in store
● Dispensing medicines accurately
● Assisting customers with pharmacy product queries
● Reviewing stock levels delivering high standards of merchandising
● Provide outstanding customer Service

This 40 hour a week role will operate between the store opening hours: Monday - Sunday 9am - 8pm

What you'll bring

You will always strive to do the right thing for our customers.

We're looking for a registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current APC, and full New Zealand working rights to join our team. To really shine in this role, you'll need to be a confident leader with a passion for inspiring and motivating others. Extensive retail experience would be a big plus!

Because we're also a training pharmacy with two intern pharmacists, you'll need at least 3 years of experience under your belt and be comfortable taking on a preceptor role.
