The Company
Excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Planner to join a large-scale property developer in central Auckland.

The Role
You will be the sole Planner in this role so must be able to work autonomously. Opportunity to progress in a Development Manager style role so would suit someone who is passionate about property.

You will have wide ranging remit including reviewing new sites, reviewing planning issues and managing planning processes.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow their skillset. Ideally you will have private sector experience.
