This role is based in the vibrant city of Auckland.

What you'll do:

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in leading the technical implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business requirements. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration. Your responsibilities will also include conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and provide much-needed support to both your team and stakeholders. A key part of your role will be sharing your knowledge and expertise with your team, nurturing their growth through guidance and mentorship.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the Salesforce development team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with external systems
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery, adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the team and stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members


What you bring:

As our ideal candidate for the Salesforce Technical Lead position, you bring a wealth of experience spanning over 8 years in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. You hold multiple Salesforce certifications across various domains such as Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Certified Experience Cloud Consultant among others. Your strong technical skills are evident in your proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, interfaces; Lightning Web Components (LWC) architecture; components; events; Salesforce APIs; Experience Cloud configuration; OmniStudio; Integrations. Your leadership skills are honed from over 2 years of leading technical teams, providing guidance, and mentoring junior team members. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • 6+ Salesforce certifications in areas such as Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer Certificate, AI Associate
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce development including Apex classes, triggers, interfaces; Lightning Web Components (LWC) architecture; components; events; Salesforce APIs; Experience Cloud configuration; OmniStudio; Integrations
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
