About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to lead the HVAC division in Hawke's Bay. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of each site, working closely with the Contracts and Project Manager to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations and oversee staff on each HVAC site
- Supervise HVAC personnel while on site to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Provide training and upskilling to apprentices and laborers
- Ensure the completion of HVAC design and installation projects to the highest standards
To Be Successful, You Will:
- Be a confident and competent leader
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have a great sense of humor and the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Show a strong sense of common sense and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Full NZ driver's license
- Qualified HVAC Technician with relevant experience
- Proven success in a leadership role within the HVAC industry
- Competency in HVAC design and build installations
