About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Foundation Worker to join our Transmission Foundations team in either Taupo or Palmerston North. We are seeking an experienced civil labourer/ plant operator ready to take the next step in their career. Training and qualifications within the Electricity Transmission industry will be provided.
In the role, you will be operating plant and undertaking civil construction an maintenance on the Transmission Tower Foundations.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
Current Class 1 NZ Driver Licence with WTR essential, Class 2/4 preferred
Previous civil labour and plant operation (excavator/hydrema) experience
Strong commitment to safety and willingness to work within the company and client’s zero harm systems
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst under supervision and unsupervised
Utilities Industry experience would be an advantage
