The role
This role is responsible for the design and implementation of business solutions that drive industry, function and technology transformations, and to define the strategy and actions needed to achieve client business objectives. This role analyses current state and designs new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets, as well as implementing programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.

• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and have the ability to influence decision-makers, along with senior team members
• Exposure to the complexity of designing and implementing business solutions to drive client transformations across industry, function and technology
• As Is / To Be analysis with the ability to confidently propose strategic solutions using established methods, tools, and assets to drive organizational change, as part of a team
• Implementation of programs and interventions to drive organizational change, with team/manager support
• Meets or exceeds agreed charge ability, business development, professional development and recruitment; and market-facing metrics
• Develop a specialisation relevant to the practice
• Shares knowledge with others and helps to upskill junior team members
• Grow a reputational network and be known for chosen specialisation
• Work to client outcomes with autonomy, leading small teams

Key levels of experience are:
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 4 years of Consulting experience
EXPERTISE:

• Typically has a minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience
Breadth of Knowledge:
• Expected to be knowledgeable about the work performed by their immediate team; may be knowledgeable about the work performed by teams they collaborate with

Impact & Risk:
• Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly basis
• Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines and may be escalated to a managing director
• Involved in risk mitigation decisions for their immediate team or multiple teams

• Responsible for decisions made by their immediate team, expected to contribute to decisions that involve multiple teams, and may contribute to business area decisions

Salary range: $95k - $135k
Standard Working hours: 37.5 hours/week.
