As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to support their operations and systems improvements.
About the Role:
The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in refining and optimising business processes, with a particular focus on Odoo (ERP system). You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the supply chain team to identify areas for improvement, implement system enhancements, and streamline operations. This is a part-time, flexible contract role designed for someone with a strong background in systems analysis and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational processes to identify areas for improvement, with a focus on optimising the use of Odoo (ERP system).
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and insights to improve business processes and drive operational change.
- Generate reports and insights in partnership with the Head of Operations to support informed business decisions.
- Implement system enhancements and process changes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations.
- Support the integration of new technologies to optimise business functions and ensure smooth transitions across systems.
About You:
- Proven experience in business systems analysis, operations improvement, and project management.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, particularly Odoo, or similar platforms like SAP, NetSuite, etc.
- A solid understanding of core operational functions, such as sourcing, planning, production, and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex systems to drive improvements.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
- Experience in preparing and presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Available for part-time work (2-3 days a week), with a flexible contract duration of 3-4 months, and the possibility for extension.
