Here’s the dream job for any digital content experts wanting to work in the vibrant world of radio!

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This awesome role is tasked with promoting Radio Hauraki to the widest possible audience. Our new team member will be responsible for daily management of Radio Hauraki’s website and social media platforms, producing entertaining content to grow our audience. As a digital content expert, you will also use analytics and insights to inform future digital platform strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create compelling digital content to amplify Hauraki shows and station tactics across all Hauraki digital platforms.
  • Create and publish posts across the portfolio of Hauraki social media platforms.
  • Publish digital content created by the shows and content team to Hauraki web & social media platforms.
  • Assist the content team with content development, from ideation to execution.
  • Build and maintain authentic audience communities, coming up with innovative ideas on how to nurture engagement.
  • Be the digital content expert, providing insights and post-campaign reporting to the team and sharing best practice.


ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and video editing experience essential.
  • An active digital media, social media and radio consumer.
  • Experience using CMS platforms an advantage.
  • Attention to detail – ensure all content is accurate and appealing.
  • Understanding of media law, particularly around copyright, plagiarism and defamation.
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital trends, music, sports and news cycle.
