Your Role / Responsibilities

• Using appropriate materials, tools, and techniques to complete assigned tasks.
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing components as required.
• Planning work to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Assembling and finishing various cabinetry components to a high standard.
• Completing tasks such as sanding, sealing, or painting when needed.
• Ensuring all work meets quality expectations and specifications.
• Carrying out minor repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Following workplace health and safety practices.
• Offering basic product care advice if requested.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, honest, and motivated individuals with a good work ethic
• Basic tool kit including items like drills, chisels, screwdrivers, etc.
• Confidence using tools such as table saws, routers, and trimmers
• Prior experience in cabinet making, kitchen fitting, or shopfitting (local experience preferred)
• Able to pass standard pre-employment checks including drug screening and background checks
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
