Our client is seeking an experienced project coordinator to provide essential support across various projects in the Wellington region. This position is starting immediately and is a minimum of 3 months with potential to turn into a permanent role for the right person.

Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track progress, update project documentation, and report on milestones.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any project concerns.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions.
  • Maintain project management tools and systems for efficient tracking.


We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset.
