About the role:

Are you passionate about nature and customer service? Join a thriving plant nursery where you’ll combine customer care with hands-on stock support. This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity, running from Tuesday 29th April to Friday 26th September 2025 — two positions available!

What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Assist with plant stock control, ensuring accurate records and organisation.
  • Support daily nursery operations, including physical tasks outdoors.
  • Manage priorities, keeping tasks organised and running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills – previous retail experience essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and stock control systems.
  • Full, current driver’s licence required.


What you’ll need:

  • Wet weather gear (trousers and rain jacket).
  • Steel toe-capped boots and work gloves.
  • Plain, dark trousers and thermal clothing if preferred.
