Are you looking to take the next step to start your career in Sales & Marketing?
We have an exciting newly created Administrator - Sales & Retention role at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland within our Marketing team to support sales and marketing functions. A Sales and Retention Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimising new lead-generation and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an organisation.
If you have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a background in sales & marketing then this is the role for you! This is a Permanent Part-Time position for 20 hours per week.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
- Set up, configure and maintain the CRM system according to the organisation's needs and improve and optimize CRM processes.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the CRM as well as user support.
- Utilising the market mapping data and CRM to schedule potential sales opportunities within our pipeline development.
- Oversee data integrity, accuracy, reporting needs, and optimise data visualisation within the CRM database.
- Integrate the CRM system with other applications and systems used within the organisation.
- Work with relevant roll players to implement customer solutions or enhancements to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their CRM needs
