About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Organising the daily operation of the checkout department roster
Serving our customers in a warm and welcoming way
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring we maintain their loyalty
Dealing with cash and payment transactions and errors

Have the run of the floor in this busy and customer focused environment. As a Supervisor - Checkouts we expect you to have

A customer and team first approach
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
Previous experience in a retail environment

The shifts times and days for this opportunity are

Position 1: Monday 1500-2100, Tuesday 1300-2100 & Sunday 1300-2115
Position 2: Wednesday 1400-2100, Friday & Saturday 1400-2115
Position 3: Monday 1100-1900, Friday 1500-2100 & Sunday 0630-1530
