The Role:
This role presents a unique opportunity to utilise your skills in applying appropriate judgement, providing exemplary customer service, whilst adhering to process in a regulatory environment.
This is a busy role within a dedicated, fun team who play an important role in the city. Parking supports the City's transport vision, policies, and bylaw. The Group encourages the public to comply with payment and parking rules. This is achieved by making it easy to pay and understand the parking system and through consistent compliance.

You:
You will enjoy bringing a high level of accuracy to your work when preparing documentation (data and files) for Court Hearing requests, coupled with investigation into parking appeals, complaints, and request for information.
We are seeking strong demonstrable knowledge of and experience in:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy
- High level problem solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to deal with difficult customers, situations, and conflict.
- Strong relationship skills and able to work with and provide advice to a wide range of people, stakeholders, and situations.
In addition, you will have personal resilience - able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during times when they, the organisation, or the group, is under extreme pressure
We are looking to appoint between $59,987 and $70,572 for this role, depending on the relevant skills and experience.
