The opportunity:

  • A 9-month opportunity to be the direct marketing subject matter expert, supporting the analysis, planning and delivery of market-leading automated customer engagement features for a key strategic project!
  • Be part of a cross-functional team of marketers and key stakeholders across the business to support AIA’s vision of helping our customers to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and defining the customer engagement design and delivery required from the project.
  • Leveraging all customer touchpoints to create deeper customer relationships, improving customer experiences and delivery efficiencies.
  • Managing and collaborating with project stakeholders to develop market-leading direct communication initiatives within the project, and opportunities for broader enterprise customer automation and engagement value.
  • Being the project’s customer engagement and automation subject matter expert to support and consult with key stakeholders as required.
  • Demonstrating continuous application of key business and consumer insights to address key project business challenges or create new opportunities.
  • Managing all aspects of relationships with relevant third-party vendors and partners as required.


Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A clear, simple, and inspiring communication style – making the often complex simple.
  • Ability to form strong collaborative working relationships with senior stakeholders and overcome challenges with insights and data.
  • Extensive experience of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform (its capabilities and delivering tangible value to both the customer and business from it).
  • Demonstrable experience of leading successful direct marketing initiatives in large and complex organisations.
  • Significant marketing experience in B2B and B2C BTL channels.
  • Strong understanding of specialist marketing functions, particularly CLV and CRM best practices.
  • Experience working on fast paced and complex projects, within cross-functional teams.
