We are currently looking for experienced Aluminium Welders to join a busy Sheetmetal engineering company in Christchurch. Our client has around 3-4 weeks of work available and can get someone started ASAP. Apply Now !!

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Highly skilled in MIG & TIG Welding (Aluminium)
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Working in the workshop
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills and attributes Required:

• Ideally hold a trade qualification
• Ability to work unsupervised and complete jobs from start to finish alone
• Ability to fabricate accurately from drawings
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits:

• $35 - $40 per hour (Payrate can be negotiable, depending on experience)
• +8% Holiday Pay
