Mō te tūnga | About the role
As the Frontline station Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the team working on the front counter to deliver excellent customer service and making every contact count. The role of an FSSO Team Leader provides operational and administrational support to FSSO’s and management.
The purpose of this role is to deliver and/or enable to deliver Our business and to encourage the continual review of the process and decision making to enable the service provided to be more responsive to shifts in service demand.
Key Accountabilities:
- The ability to deal with challenging individuals in a customer service environment
- A sound knowledge of computer applications, in particular NIA and Microsoft suites
- An ability to lead a high performing team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Priorities workflow

- Must have a drivers licence
- Must reside in Auckland
- Preferably being in a leadership position for at least a year.
- Great communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Prior risk analysis skills and should be able to mitigate that risk.
- Comes with good professional work ethics and adaptive to changing work environment.
This role is set at Team Leader/Manager level, this means your key purpose is “to lead the activities for Our Business and enable people to deliver them.”

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $80,295 and $83,973 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
