About the Role:

Our public sector client are seeking a Developer with strong React experience to modernise legacy components to take on a contract through to the 30th June 2025. Working closely with a talented team of back-end developers who will handle API creation, you’ll focus on ingesting APIs and developing intuitive, high-performing screens and functionality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Redevelop legacy components into sleek, modern SPAs.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate APIs effectively.
• Build and refine front-end screens and functionality with React.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any front-end issues efficiently.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a React Developer.
• Expertise in building SPAs and component-based architecture.
• Strong experience ingesting and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end development tools and libraries.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent UI/UX.
