The role of Spray Painter involves the full process of painting from product/equipment preparation to completion including system maintenance?to international requirements.

Skills required:

• Working with an electrostatic spray gun system to automotive and aircraft industry standards.
• Competent in the use of a hot tunnel/bake cycle curing and drying buffer process.
• Experienced in all facets of paint preparations, adhesion testing.
• Able to paint in a precise and consistent manner to pre-determined thicknesses.
• Inspection and defect recognition.
• Trade Qualifications are advantageous but not required.
