Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a small team, and is willing to work alongside them on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a small team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Work actively on the floor, assisting with picking, packing, and stock management.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Monitor productivity and provide training where necessary.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and warehouse activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve any operational issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards.
• Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
