Our client, a highly regarded leader in the construction industry, is searching for a dynamic Site Administrator. This is your chance to join a supportive, fast-paced environment where your organisational skills will truly shine.

  • Position: Site Administrator
  • Location: Ellerslie
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Permanent


As a Site Administrator, you’ll be the go-to support for the Site Management team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient administrative support across multiple sites.
  • Managing project documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Downloading plans and maintaining up-to-date drawing registers.
  • Ensuring compliance of project documentation.
  • Coordinating and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, papers, and minutes.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in business administration
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, papers, and minutes.
  • Confidence in navigating multiple computer software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach with a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
