What's the job?

As a Property Manager at Bayleys Marlborough, you’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-managed, well-maintained, and hassle-free. You’ll get to:

• Build relationships with landlords & tenants and keep things running smoothly
• Manage a portfolio of residential properties with confidence
• Handle lease agreements and property inspections
• Advertise properties & onboard new landlords & tenants
• Solve problems on the go—from maintenance requests to tenancy questions
• Work alongside a supportive and fun team

• You’re super organised, and love keeping things running like clockwork
• You’ve got great people skills—whether chatting with landlords, tenants, or contractors and you communicate clearly and concisely
• Your optimistic outlook is contagious, you thrive on variety and love a role where every day brings something new
• You are confident with technology
• You have experience in a customer-focused, admin, or property-related role—but you don’t need to have worked in property management before
• You have a valid NZ full driver's license
• You have an energy that brightens up a room and a willingness to work harmoniously with others.
