What's the job?
As a Property Manager at Bayleys Marlborough, you’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-managed, well-maintained, and hassle-free. You’ll get to:
- Build relationships with landlords & tenants and keep things running smoothly
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties with confidence
- Handle lease agreements and property inspections
- Advertise properties & onboard new landlords & tenants
- Solve problems on the go—from maintenance requests to tenancy questions
- Work alongside a supportive and fun team

- You’re super organised, and love keeping things running like clockwork
- You’ve got great people skills—whether chatting with landlords, tenants, or contractors and you communicate clearly and concisely
- Your optimistic outlook is contagious, you thrive on variety and love a role where every day brings something new
- You are confident with technology
- You have experience in a customer-focused, admin, or property-related role—but you don’t need to have worked in property management before
- You have a valid NZ full driver's license
- You have an energy that brightens up a room and a willingness to work harmoniously with others.
