As an Evolution Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with high, complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations. This dynamic position involves hands-on interaction, fostering trusting relationships with clients and their families, and facilitating engaging activities within our vocational program.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Advocacy and mediation skills
- Experience in disability support and working with high complex needs clients
- Cultural sensitivity and willingness to promote opportunities for Māori and Pasifika
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of New Zealand Sign Language (preferred but not required)
