What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker, capable of working independently.
- Ability to guide and mentor trainees when needed.
- Skilled in operating all standard machinery found in a cabinetry workshop.
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Attention to detail and commitment to precision work.
- Ability to produce quality cabinetry within reasonable timeframes.
- Fit and healthy with a strong attendance record.
- Key holder responsibilities.
- Completing required jobs in a timely manner.
- Interpretation of plans to take job from start to finish.
- Installations required - with the vision of seeing your work completed.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment.
- A valid driver's license.
