What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker, capable of working independently.
• Ability to guide and mentor trainees when needed.
• Skilled in operating all standard machinery found in a cabinetry workshop.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
• Attention to detail and commitment to precision work.
• Ability to produce quality cabinetry within reasonable timeframes.
• Fit and healthy with a strong attendance record.
• Key holder responsibilities.
• Completing required jobs in a timely manner.
• Interpretation of plans to take job from start to finish.
• Installations required - with the vision of seeing your work completed.
• Maintaining a tidy work environment.
• A valid driver's license.
